Thanks for the game

Hello,

I discovered TVTower just one week ago,  I already loved the "original" but I really like your version, even I think it is slightly more addictive than the original. I really want to thank you for all the effort on it.

It should compile with the latest version of BlitzMax NG at https://www.blitzmax.org

translation is done in the res/lang/* files, and the DB files.
