Greetings I'm trying to create an ad list and I get this error

FAILED to find new contract for CheapListFilter  Min: 0.00%   Max: 100.00%.

Can somebody help me?

This means that you removed the original ads - and your new ads are too "requiring" (too high minAudience or minAudience) so that it cannot fill the required offer slots.
